And it is something to think about when choosing the subject of a blog or web site. If the subject is evergreen, the site can have more long-term value (and may generate more passive income) than if it depends on a constant stream of new content to attract visitors.</description>

This can work very well for some sites, like mine for example, HTML is always relevent, but a gossip site or technology review site wouldn&#039;t get away with it. It depend on the individual blog.</description>
