		<description>This is great food for thought, Cathy. I like to keep free calls to 10 or 15 minutes and I realize that your suggestion of making that clear ahead of time is a great one. I also notice that sometimes I need a little extra time on a free call to determine whether I want to work with the person, how I might suggest working with them (i.e. do they need a course to help make their publishing decision, do they need help building their platform? Or do they need help with a book proposal?). Other times, it&#039;s obvious within 5 minutes</description>
