I believe that for most of us, learning to be productive is an ongoing process. I know that I have to stay focused to stay productive. And there will always be days when we work hard but look back and realize we did not really accomplish much. The point is to minimize those.

Great advice! So many small business owners are busy doing the wrong thing and then wonder why they aren’t successful. Your suggestions to focus on income generation or goal achievement are right on target.
